1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted within the first 7 days.
- Only shared hosting and reseller hosting plans are eligible.
- New accounts with zero violations are eligible for a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Important: Some services involve third-party costs and cannot be refunded.
- Domain Registration & Transfers.
- Control Panel Licenses (cPanel, Plesk, etc.).
- VPS and Dedicated Server plans.
3. Refund Process
Once your refund is approved by the Ophost billing team, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
